The Consortium is grounded in a set of core values that shape its culture, guide its actions, and define its relationships with stakeholders. These values—inclusiveness, equity, transparency, trustworthiness, and boldness—are central to how we engage with communities and each other.
They reflect our commitment to fostering a supportive and accountable environment where diverse voices are valued, decisions are made openly, and bold ideas are encouraged. These principles are not only ideals we uphold but also the standard by which we measure our progress and impact.
